They are also receiving continuous blessings with six grandchildren ( two grandsons and four granddaughters) which richly fulfill their lives .
Bro Glenn was baptized into the Lord’s Church under the tutelage of Bro Wilton Cook of the Studewood Church of Christ in 1986. Once a member, his destiny to preach the word began . He honed his talents for many years and was blessed to become the Minister at Bellfort Church of Christ in January 1992. During this period, James was simultaneously successful as an auto salesman for 24 years, 20 of which were with Texan Ford. It is due to his strong work ethic that he was able to fulfill obligations as a Minister while being named Salesman of the Decade, and Salesman of the month consecutively for 19 years 3 months. His fervent prayer to retire from the private sector and devote his full energy to the ministry was realized in September 2002. In October 2006, he was elected an Elder at the Bellfort congregation. Growth blossomed under his leadership in many ways . From 2007 to 2012, he began the weekly KCOH radio broadcast program ” All about the Word” which allowed him to connect with a broader audience and break the Bread of Life with a zealous spirit. He is also currently completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Theology at the College of Biblical Studies.
Through all his successes, he humbly credits the Heavenly Father and wonderful Savior for grace and mercy. His daily walk is committed to living a life that is pleasing and acceptable in His sight so that at the end of his life’s journey it can be said by the Father: “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.”
