Worship at Bellfort Church of Christ

We at Bellfort Church of Christ believe in providing a worship service that God has asked for. We currently have two Sunday morning worship services. Our early worship service is designed to allow those who desire to worship, but whose schedules (i.e.: jobs) do not permit them to assemble with us for the main worship service, to do so at an earlier time. For more of what we do, and our scriptural basis, please explore this page.

    How we worship:
In spirit and in truth – John 4:24
Prayer, teaching, fellowship, Lord’s Supper, collection and singing – Acts 2:42; 1 Cor 16:1-2; Eph 5:19

Along with proper Christian living, our worship to God draws us closer to Him, one another in Christian love, and provides for a Heavenly home.

An eternal home in heaven – John 14:1-6; 1 Thes. 4:16

    Aspects of Our Worship

We believe communion was established to represent the new covenant between God and His people. Jesus died and his body was broken and blood was shed in order that we may enter into covenant with God. (Acts 20:7; Luke 22: 19-20; 1 Corinthians 11: 23-30) Learn More

Jesus commanded that His followers be baptized in water as their identification with His death, burial and resurrection. Baptism is for the remission of sin (Romans 6:3-4; Acts 2:38; Acts 8: 36-39; Colossians 2: 9-13, Gal 3:27). Learn More

In order to worship God in a manner that is pleasing to Him, we must fulfill His requirements, and singing through the usage of our voice is part of that. (Ephesians 5:19, Colossians 3:16). Learn More

Our greeters share a similar role as our ushers. Greeters are available on Sundays and are located at the entrance for your assistance. Our greeters can answer any questions you may have regarding the service or church. Learn More
